WHO IS WDBE FOR?

Each year WDBE Summit gatheres on average 400 participants from 30 countries together. We are CDOs, CTOs, CIOs in real estate and construction, government and city officials, architects, engineers, other experts as well as researchers working with BIM, VDC, AR/VR, Big Data, analytics, IOT, virtual project delivery and more.

The WDBE organising team will collaborate with the partner in planning and marketing of the content via the WDBE channels (website, newsletters, social media, events and the online platform). However, the production of the content and the related production costs are excluded. All content related to this partnership shall be approved by the WDBE organising team to match the theme and brand of the event.

COMMUNITY SUPORTER TERMS OF CANCELLATION: Cancellations before May 31, 2023: Full refund minus 100 EUR handling fee. Cancellations after May 31, 2023: No refund. Registration can be transferred to another person in the same organization.

PARTNER AND CO-HOST TERMS OF CANCELLATION: Cancellations before May 31, 2023: Full refund minus 400 EUR handling fee. Cancellations after May 31, 2023: No refund.

*Partner and Co-host package prices exclude VAT. VAT can be waived for EU companies with a valid VAT number and organizations outside EU. For other registrations,
24 % VAT will be added.

Building time: September 19 at 18.30 – 19.30, September 20 at 8.00 onwards

Dismantling time: September 20 at 15.00 (after the last coffee break)

Shipments to the venue: Clarion Hotel Helsinki, Tyynenmerenkatu 2, 00220 Helsinki , Finland. All shipments must be labelled: BYSA LOBBY / WDBE 2023 (+ company name) September 20 and the shipments should arrive no earlier than September 18 (Monday).

Catering for your booth: For catering, please contact events.cl.helsinki[at]choice.fi. When contacting please specify that it is for BYSA Lobby / Event WDBE2023 on September 20.
