Digital Building Permit – Ecosystem

Community for the development of building permit processes for all stakeholders and professionals!

The Digital Building Permit ecosystem and its steering group have been established to continue the work of the previous Building Permit Community.

The members of the ecosystem together decide on the goals and operating models to streamline and enhance building permit-related processes. The development should serve the needs of individual actors as well as collective efforts as effectively as possible.

In the community, ongoing development and collaboration are continued and expanded. We are also committed to openly sharing outputs and insights for others to use. Additionally, the aim is to network, provide peer support, develop BIM expertise and other technical capabilities, as well as alleviate concerns and learn from successes.

The operation and decision-making of the ecosystem are carried out as part of steering group activities, organized by KIRAHub. Participation in steering group activities requires membership with KIRAHub. Information about the group’s activities is openly communicated to all stakeholders.
