Exhibition information regarding Helsinki day September 20

Building time: September 19 at 18.30 – 19.30, September 20 at 8.00 onwards

Dismantling time: September 20 at 15.00 (after the last coffee break)

Included in the package: 2 x 2 m area, Electricity, Table

Deadline for Taikalyhty orders is September 8! You can browse examples of available items here (in Finnish – in English)
Do not hesitate to ask, if you have something special in mind.

Shipments to the venue: Clarion Hotel Helsinki, Tyynenmerenkatu 2, 00220 Helsinki , Finland. All shipments must be labelled: BYSA LOBBY / WDBE 2023 (+ company name) September 20 and the shipments should arrive no earlier than September 18 (Monday).

Catering for your booth: For catering, please contact events.cl.helsinki[at]choice.fi. When contacting please specify that it is for BYSA Lobby / Event WDBE2023 on September 20.
