Guarantee and cancellation terms:
The Customer is required to communicate all cancellations or modifications in written form via email, which will then be confirmed by the Hotel. Accommodation and additional services can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the check-in time (3 PM) on the indicated day of arrival. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the Customer will be liable to pay the Hotel a penalty equivalent to the rate for the first night’s stay (excluding VAT).
