MARK BRYAN (US)
Senior Foresight Manager, Future Today Institute
Mark Bryan is a Senior Foresight Manager at the Future Today Institute (FTI), leading practices in the Built Environment, Hospitality, Retail, Restaurants, and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG). Before joining FTI, Mark was a workplace strategist, designer, design researcher, and strategic foresight practitioner, serving a diverse portfolio of clients including global CPG companies, international retail brands, higher education institutions, and healthcare systems.
At FTI, Mark has delved into various aspects of future planning, such as community and urban housing, product development, digital interactions, supply chain logistics, and the impact of artificial intelligence on multiple sectors. He has produced numerous evidence-based trends, scenarios, and strategic insights for FTI’s global clients and authored Tech Trend Reports on several industries. Mark’s expertise has also been showcased at the SXSW Conference, where he discussed the role of strategic foresight in business and organizational contexts.

She advises Fortune 500 companies, government entities, digital media/production companies and tech startups on how to leverage emerging technology to optimize to optimize all aspects of business. She is a globally recognized futurist, and gives lectures, workshops and keynotes on emerging technology, business and innovation with XR, AI and Blockchain.
Amy was recently named one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Tech for 2023 and Top 100 Women of The Future. She serves as a Lead Advisor, AI & New Media, for the Royal Commission of Riyadh City and The Royal Court. Amy is an angel investor and Venture Partner at the Capital Region XR Accelerator. Amy sits on the Board of Advisors for multiple companies and is Co-chair of Prospera Women, a global organization supporting female-led startups. OLIVIER LEPINOY (FR)
Founder, HYPER Construction
Olivier Lepinoy is an expert in strategies to help Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC) firms pivot and grow new businesses. In the past 10 years, he took part in multiple platform initiatives for the largest and most influential firms worldwide. He now focuses his effort on helping AEC companies explore and build new business models. Olivier is the founder of HYPER Construction, an independent think tank which tries to describe the future of the Construction industry, not from a technology standpoint but from a business model standpoint. Olivier worked in an architectural firm, for VINCI, for Accenture, for IBM, and for Autodesk. He is the co-author of multiple blog articles and of two acclaimed books about Innovation in Construction. Olivier Lepinoy holds two Master’s Degrees: in Civil Engineering and in Earthquake Engineering. He is also a licensed Architect and an Urban Designer.

KEVIN CARDONA (FR)
Director of Entrepreneurial Innovation, Leonard
Kevin Cardona works as Director of Entrepreneurial Innovation, in charge of developing incubation and acceleration programmes. Since 2018, Leonard has supported nearly 200 startups and innovative projects in the construction, mobility, energy and property businesses. The VINCI Group created Leonard to meet the challenge of transforming communities and living conditions. In 2024, Leonard supports 39 new innovative projects and startups.
Kevin holds an engineering degree in Civil Engineering and Urban Planning from INSA Lyon and a Masters in Sustainable Development Management from HEC Paris. He was previously Chief Innovation Officer at BNP Paribas Real Estate since February 2015, after nine years at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where he successively held the positions of office programme manager, sustainable development manager and innovation project manager. After being in charge of innovation and sustainable development at BNP Paribas Real Estate, he was tasked with promoting innovation in all the company’s business lines and managing its technology and business intelligence.
WILLIAM STEWART (UK)
Health and Well-being Advisor, Ekkist
Will is a WELL Accredited Professional (AP) and Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor working for Ekkist, the UK’s first health and well-being consultancy for the built environment. Will advises developers on how to prioritise health and well-being in the design, delivery, and operation of their buildings.
He is currently working across a range of projects from certifying some of the first WELL platinum offices and WELL Co-living schemes in the UK to implementing health and well-being strategies on masterplans and supporting companies with integrating health and well-being into their ESG strategies.
Will also recently contributed to the RICS Guidance document which is an overview of key health considerations when designing and managing buildings. Will has spoken on podcasts on the topic of health and well-being in the built environment and was recently a keynote speaker at UK Construction Week.

Amy Marks is the EVP of Global Strategy for Symetri, a global provider of digital BIM, product design and lifecycle solutions. Part of the Addnode group, Symetri is an Autodesk platinum partner, authorized training Centre (ATC) and premier service provider which recently joined forces with both Microdesk and D3 in the US.
Prior to Symetri, Amy was Autodesk’s Vice President, Enterprise Transformation Practice, where she informed strategy on business outcomes, platform solutions, and consulting for customers incorporating transformational methodologies including industrialized construction, sustainability and new ways of working. She defined the language, process and frameworks that are adopted by companies, universities and countries around the world reflecting the convergence of Design-Make-Operate models. Before Autodesk, Ms. Marks was the CEO of XSite Modular and pioneered a path to become the world’s preeminent prefabrication consultant and is often called the Queen of Prefab – a moniker given to her that just stuck; literally creating the role as the first prefabrication consultant.

Jaan has been digitally transforming processes in the construction industry for over 20 years. He is a strong proponent for openBIM and international open standards because they enable better collaboration among all stakeholders in the building lifecycle. He is currently the Chief Evangelist for Future Insight, chair of the EU BIM Task Group and the CCI Collaboration.
