BuildGreen Korea – Introduction to joint offerings
BuildGreen Korea is a three-year Interreg Central Baltic project helping built-environment SMEs from Finland, Estonia and Latvia strengthen their export capabilities and enter the South Korean market. It combines market insight, training and international networking with joint offering development, testing and connections to South Korean partners and customers.
This first introductory session starts the joint offering process. Together, we will combine participating companies’ expertise into market-relevant solutions built around real South Korean customer needs.
A joint offering is not a collection of company presentations. It is a combined solution with a clear target customer, value proposition and role for each participating company.
Agenda
14.00-14.30 Welcome and introduction to BuildGreen Korea
14.30-15.15 Company introductions and capability mapping
15.15-15.50 Thematic clustering and small-group work
15.50-16.00 Wrap-up and next steps
What happens after the meeting?
The strongest concepts will continue to South Korean market validation, focused development sprints and the creation of a virtual demonstrator. The goal is to build at least two clear joint offerings, each combining 2–4 complementary companies, and prepare them for testing with South Korean stakeholders.
