WHY PARTICIPATE THE BUSINESS VISIT TO NEW YORK AND NASHVILLE?

In New York, the aim is to participate to the Smart Cities New York program on a joint Nordic stand at Pier 36 on 14-15.5. In addition, there will be opportunities for Finnish companies, especially in the smart building, energy efficiency and digitalization solutions to network and meet with companies in real estate and construction sector from New York during a Nordic breakfast event at the Consulate General.

In Nashville, we will host a networking breakfast where Finnish companies get to pitch their solutions for local companies operating in the construction and real estate industry. The agenda continues with 1-on-1 meetings with local companies selected based on participating companies. Our local partner, Disruption Lab, will support us with pre-setting the meetings and throughout the program.

We highly recommend you to participate in the both legs of the visit. New York and Nashville represent two different sides of the smart city industry in the US – both equally interesting but with different scales and realities. Joining HBH and KIRAHub on this visit provides you a facilitated access to both ecosystems in a comprehensive one week deep-dive program.
