The winners of the prestigious Nordic PropTech Awards 2026 were announced tonight in Copenhagen, marking another milestone in celebrating the cutting-edge innovations shaping the future of real estate and the built environment. This year, victories were secured across the Nordics.
For the 5th consecutive year, the Nordic PropTech Awards not only highlight and award the most innovative solutions, but also strengthens collaboration across the Nordic region towards a more sustainable real estate sector and built environment.
“The Nordic PropTech Awards showcase the solutions that are driving real change in our industry.
Across the Nordics, we see strong collaboration accelerating both digitalisation and green transition in
real estate. The companies we celebrate are not only leading innovation locally – they contribute to
setting new benchmarks internationally,” states Michael Ambjørn, CEO of PropTech Denmark.
“The continued support from our partners – Thylander, Coor, Hogia, and Granlund – highlights a shared
ambition to keep the Nordic proptech ecosystem at the forefront of responsible, tech-driven
transformation.”
An expert jury of more than 50 leading industry professionals from across the Nordic region selected
the winners from over 100 competitors. From an incredibly strong field of finalists, the six companies
below have demonstrated outstanding innovation in their respective categories.

Voices from the winners
We caught up with two of tonight’s (and this year’s) winners to hear their takeaways from being part of
the Nordic PropTech Awards 2026 – and their vision for the future..
“We’re incredibly proud, and it’s really encouraging to have our contribution to the sustainable transition
recognised, especially as this isn’t necessarily the agenda that dominates the industry. Looking ahead,
our ambition is to become much more product- and technology-driven, while continuing to support
and strengthen our experts,”, states Thijs van Tilburg, CSO at Tector (Denmark)
“This is incredibly exciting for us. We’re often grouped together with health and med tech companies, so
being recognised among real estate peers at the Nordic PropTech Awards means a great deal. To
stand alongside such relevant and forward-thinking companies in the property ecosystem is truly an
honour,” adds Maja Åstrand, Co-founder of Simulair (Sweden). “We’re in a strong growth phase and
actively expanding our team, so this recognition comes at a very meaningful time for us. We’re both
proud and grateful.”
What’s next?
The Nordic PropTech Awards 2026 winners gain exclusive access to industry-leading mentorship,
